How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times will vary due to your chosen shipping method.
Tracked 48 – usually within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
DPD, Usually next working day after dispatch.
 
I’ve not received a dispatch email, what should I do?
We send all emails to the email address registered on your order. If you have not received an email in a few days after ordering, check we’ve got the right one. If it’s right, check your junk or spam, they might be getting stopped by the spam filter. If you have done this and still haven’t got an email please send us an email at info@ahinani.co.uk and our team will look into this for you.
 
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the UK and Europe.
 
What happens if my order turns up damaged?
We do apologise if your order turns up damaged, sometimes the boxes may be handled a little too heavy in transit. Please send an email to info@ahinani.co.uk with a picture of the damaged product and your order number within 14 days of receiving, and our team will get it sorted for you!
 
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, it is then sent to our warehouse immediately for picking. Whilst every endeavor will be made to action any cancelation requests, we cannot guarantee that orders can be cancelled once placed. Of course, this does not affect your statutory rights to return the order. Please see our returns policy for more information.
 
Where’s my order? / How can I track my order?
Your dispatch email will confirm your tracking information. Depending on which shipping method you selected at checkout, please enter your tracking into the Royal Mail tacking or the DPD tracking, they will give you updates on where your parcel is.
