Returns Policy
If you wish to return your order, please email us on info@ahinani.co.uk before sending it back to us. We will help to solve your problem as best as we can first.
 
Shortages / damages
All shortages or damages must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. After this time, any claim cannot be made.
 
How to return your order
You are only able to return your order to us, 14 days after it has been delivered.
To return your product, please enclose your order number and re-send it back to:
Ahi Nani Returns, c/o Units 2/3A Redwall Close, Dinnington, Sheffield, S25 3QA
Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs if you choose to return your order. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will not be included in your refund overall.
 
What to do if your item is damaged
If you have received your order damaged, please contact us at info@ahinani.co.uk with a picture attached and our care team will look further into this for you.
 
Late or missing items
If your order has not arrived, please check your tracking as this may have been delivered in a safe place or with a neighbour. If you have done this and still not received your order please reach out to us at info@ahinani.co.uk and our care team will look into this for you.
 
Your statutory rights
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please visit the UK Government's website at: www.direct.gov.uk or contact Consumer Direct, the Government funded consumer advice service on 08454 04 05 06 for more information on your statutory rights.
